Grundfos is seeking a Consultant in Strategic Consulting to partner with senior leaders across the business. You will develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening Grundfos's competitive position and accelerating long-term value creation in a global context.

Your role involves delivering high-impact analyses, creating actionable recommendations, and leading workshops that align cross-functional teams toward shared priorities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, business, economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience or outstanding achievements as a recent graduate.
• Strong analytical skills to structure ambiguous problems and develop clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across levels, functions, and cultures.

What you will be doing?

As a key part of the Strategic Consulting team, you'll create impact by delivering high-impact strategic analyses and recommendations that shape critical business decisions and help Grundfos lead the global water technology industry forward.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Conduct in-depth market, competitive, and business analyses to inform strategic decision-making at corporate and business unit level
• Develop actionable recommendations and business cases for growth initiatives, partnerships, and operational improvements

• Strong academic record at master's level in engineering, business, economics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience (e.g., management consulting, corporate strategy, or a startup environment) or outstanding achievements as a recent graduate
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop clear recommendations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across levels, functions, and cultures

• Experience from a top-tier management consultancy
• Experience working in a large, complex global organisation
• Familiarity with M&A processes, financial modelling, or portfolio strategy
