• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area.
• Assist with luggage handling when needed.
• Keep track of inventory of amenities and supplies for guests.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a hospitality degree or certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).

Salary
