We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Greenland.

Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Your duties will include:

• Assisting with check-in and check-out processes
• Making reservations for dining and activities
• Arranging transportation
• Providing recommendations for local attractions
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Live-in & Accommodation

As this is a live-in position, accommodation will be provided at the hotel. Candidates who already have a valid work visa for Greenland are preferred but we can also assist with obtaining one if necessary.
