Job summary

Aquanav in Copenhagen is seeking a Computer Support Specialist to provide technical help for clients’ computer systems and software. This full-time role offers on-the-job training and accommodation for employees.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (an associate degree preferred), strong hardware/software/network knowledge, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You’ll work both independently and with a team, helping users understand technical concepts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

Responsibilities
