Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cleaning operations or facility services.
• Experience managing suppliers and following up on contract performance.
• GMP or other highly regulated environment experience.
• Experience in cleanrooms or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Domestic Cleaning activities and align cleaning schedules with manufacturing priorities.
• Act as the primary point of contact between AGC Biologics, external vendors and internal stakeholders regarding daily cleaning operations.
• Ensure cleaning documentation, logbooks and notebooks are maintained in accordance with GMP and GDocP requirements.
• Coordinate routine inspections, support audit readiness and drive follow-up on compliance-related activities.
• Support training coordination and maintain oversight of training compliance for external vendor personnel.
• Drive continuous improvements to cleaning processes, documentation and collaboration across the organization.
