Job summary

L'Oréal Nordic Hub is seeking an experienced e-commerce leader to drive D2C growth and commercial performance for Kiehl's and Biotherm across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. You will steer the online roadmap, mentor the OBM Graduate, and shape brand storytelling on owned media with a customer-centric CRM approach.

You will collaborate across Media, Commercial, Supply Chain, and CRM to future-proof digital operations and ensure product availability.

Qualifications

• Proven track record driving digital turnover and managing e-commerce metrics (P&L, sell-out, market share).
• Experience curating on-site content and driving CRM retention initiatives.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior colleagues and upskill teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Nordic D2C e-commerce roadmap and P&L across owned sites and top online accounts.
• Mentor the OBM Graduate, guiding daily operations and project ownership.
• Own brand storytelling on owned media and design engaging on-site content journeys.
