Job summary

Terma Aerostructures A/S in Denmark seeks a Production Engineer to ensure stability, quality and optimization of organic coating processes for both composite and metal parts. You will work on the production floor daily, update instructions, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvement projects with a hands-on, collaborative mindset.

The role emphasizes adherence to technical requirements and compliance, with close interaction across Manufacturing Engineering and production teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Technical education within science or engineering, with emphasis on chemistry.
• Experience with surface chemistry, coatings, paints or related manufacturing processes.
• Experience with structured problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Experience working with technical requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain process instructions for the coating area.
• Implement customer requirements in production.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and lead root cause analysis with Quality and Production.
• Monitor and improve process performance, First Pass Yield and flow.
• Ensure material and process compliance.
• Support internal and external process audits.
