Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer initiatives with clear objectives across multiple workstreams.
• Knowledge across compute, networking, data, security, AI/ML.
• Ability to guide customer discussions and advise on best practices and solutions.
• Proficiency in solution architecture across cloud service categories.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• 7+ years in customer-facing cloud adoption or IT delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted partner guiding customers through AWS adoption.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services.
• Translate customer requirements into adoption roadmaps with measurable value.
• Drive value realization with business cases and adoption outcomes.
