Job summary

Electricity Maps is seeking a part-time student to support Business Operations in Copenhagen. The role focuses on CRM data hygiene, invoicing support, onboarding assistance, and GTM reporting, with hands-on exposure to systems like HubSpot and Intercom.

You will work 10-15 hours weekly, reporting to the Business Operations Analyst, and collaborate across billing, data, and product operations. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, comfortable with spreadsheets,

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with at least one year left.
Comfortable learning new software tools quickly and working with complex spreadsheets (VLOOKUPs, importing data, and conditional formatting).
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with recurring/repetitive tasks.
Enjoys taking initiative and is confident in taking on new tasks proactively.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Available part-time on an ongoing basis alongside studies.

Responsibilities

CRM data entry, hygiene: imports of data, record clean-up, and deduplication using HubSpot.
Support CRM improvements: setting up properties, adjusting views, testing features, and building GTM reports.
