Do you want to be a valued part of a leading integrated ferry and logistics provider that serves communities across Europe and beyond? Are you motivated by strengthening climate reporting in a listed, international organisation - with a particular focus on financial discipline, auditability, and governance? If so, you could be the newest addition to our team.
DFDS operates a large and diverse network of ferry routes and logistics solutions, combining maritime transport, terminals, fleet operations, and supply chain services. This creates a complex climate reporting landscape that spans vessels, ports, and road logistics, offering both professional challenge and strong opportunities for learning and impact.
We are looking for an experienced colleague to join our CSRD team as Climate Reporting & Assurance Manager. The role is anchored in Group Finance and focuses on strengthening the robustness, consistency, and auditability of DFDS' climate and GHG reporting under the CSRD framework.
With core reporting structures already established and two reporting cycles completed, the organisation is now entering a phase focused on maturity, governance, and assurance readiness. Climate reporting is delivered through collaboration across several functions and operational data owners, in which your role is to act as a counterpart and assurance partner.
You will report to and work closely with the Head of CSRD Reporting in a small, specialised team. We value an informal, trust-based working environment that encourages shared problem-solving on complex matters, and we strive to make our work meaningful and engaging.
As a person, you are structured, analytically strong, and comfortable operating at the intersection of finance, sustainability, and audit. You bring a pragmatic mindset and are confident working with multiple stakeholders where responsibilities are shared.
You can balance collaboration with constructive challenges, and you are particularly motivated by ensuring that reporting stands up to external scrutiny.
We think the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity. Contrasting opinions, varied skills and strong characters bring out the best in us all. And we cannot wait for you to join us.
We promote a great workplace with a diverse and vibrant community and a healthy work-life balance. Our newly built headquarters in Copenhagen is a modern workplace offering fitness facilities, cantina and café, and a rooftop terrace with ocean views - all just five minutes from train and metro connections.
At DFDS, we want you to develop and move yourself on. We believe development happens primarily through meaningful work and responsibility, supported where relevant by targeted training and learning opportunities.
We look forward to hearing from you.
