Job summary

Heyra builds operational AI, delivering systems, workflows, and data platforms that go live from day one. The Forward Deployed Engineer embeds with clients to understand operations, sequences rollouts, and translates business needs into AI solutions that actually ship.

You will work closely with engineers, data specialists, strategists, and designers to ensure adoption, value realization, and scalable production deployments across client environments.

Qualifications

Experience in management consulting or AI adoption in production.
Understanding of software development, ML or data engineering.
Familiar with GenAI frameworks; some MLOps and evals exposure.
Experience with cloud environments like Azure or GCP.

Responsibilities

Embed with clients to understand operation and identify value.
Sequence rollouts and drive adoption with tool users.
Translate business needs into AI solutions that ship end-to-end.
Learn when to push or slow down during deployment.
