Zusammenfassung

Mangia is hiring for a Seasonal Stand-Chef role at the Winter Wonderland market in Copenhagen. You will prep, serve and sell pasta and panini, while keeping a clean stand and assisting with deliveries during the November-December period.

The role requires reliability, teamwork and comfort working outdoors in a festive, fast-paced environment. English communication is required and weekend/holiday availability is expected.

Qualifikationen

About the Role

We have been invited to Winter Wonderland - the seasonal Christmas market happening in Kongens Nytorv from the 13th of November to the 20th of December to cook pasta and panini. We need extra hands to help us prepping, serving and selling during this period of time! Key Responsibilities:

• - Assist with basic food preparation and ensure ingredients are ready for service
• - Prepare the food in the stands, being sure the standards are maintained and the pace is as efficient as possible
• - Keep kitchen areas, food preparation stations, and equipment clean and organised
• - Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment as required
• - Refill ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials throughout the shift
• - Assist with receiving, storing, and organising deliveries
• - Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures at all times
• - Help manage waste and maintain a clean and tidy working environment
• - Support the team during busy service periods and carry out other tasks as needed
• - Promote and sell products or services at the stand.
• - Explain product features, benefits, and prices.
• - Encourage purchases through upselling and cross-selling.
• - Work towards achieving daily sales targets.

Requirements
