Job summary

Lindt Nordic is seeking a Chocolate Advisor for our Copenhagen Fisketorvet store. This permanent role is 15 hours per week, offering a premium, in-store experience with a global brand.

You will join a team focused on outstanding service and product knowledge to delight both local and international customers. We value a friendly, communicative ambassador who thrives in an international setting and can work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional service to create a memorable Lindt experience.
• Inform customers about Lindt products with passion and knowledge.
• Assist customers in selecting products and encourage additional sales.
• Sample products and discuss taste profiles and ingredients with guests.
• Contribute to achieving daily sales budgets and upsell where possible.
• Balance store tasks with customer service and keep areas tidy.
• Restock and maintain cleanliness throughout the day.

In our Vision to Enchant the World with chocolate, we are now looking for a Chocolate Advisor to join our Nordic Retail team. Do you LOVE and appreciate premium chocolate? Do you consider yourself a chocolate enthusiast? Come join us! This is a permanent position, working 15h/week in our retail store in Fisketorvet, Copenhagen.

What will you do?

• Providing the highest levels of customer service by greeting all customers, “Welcome to Lindt”, hosting and providing a memorable experience
• Guiding and informing customers on Lindt chocolate products and handling with passion and in-depth knowledge
• Provide customers assistance in the selection of quality Lindt products, encouraging additional sales
• Actively sampling providing product knowledge and introducing products through discussion of taste profiles and ingredients
• Awareness of daily sales budgets, actively upselling to increase customer transaction spend
• Multitasking between completing store operational tasks and serving customers
• Restocking and cleaning through the day

You will also as part of the store's team, take ownership and actively participate in ensuring operational standards and controls are consistently adhered to.
