Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of BIG across all international studios, ensuring quality, efficiency and professionalism.
• Build, improve and maintain processes, systems and governance from first commission to final completion.
• Identify bottlenecks and address them with discipline while preserving creative conditions.
• Act as a unifying force across studios, geographies and cultures with a shared sense of purpose.
• Lead AI strategy and adoption in collaboration with CIO and Design Technology Director.
• Develop partnerships with technology companies and research communities to stay at the forefront of applied intelligence.
