Atlas People ApS is seeking a Co-Founder/CCO to own enterprise opportunities from the first meeting through expansion. You will shape pricing, packaging and the recurring model with the product, delivery, and finance teams, and document the commercial approach for scaling.
You have built a company from pre-seed through product‑market fit and into scale, led major enterprise agreements, and can turn experience into a repeatable commercial process with a company-wide perspective.
We launched the Atlas People brand in March 2025 and have had paying customers from the outset. We now have more than €500k in ARR, are closing our third external funding round, and are running pilots with two Fortune 500 companies. Other customers include Telenor, Novonesis, Auditdata, and DTU.
Atlas helps leaders see whether their organisation can deliver a plan, where execution may slow, and what to address first. We combine our own measurement and organisational context with AI and human judgement. We are turning work usually delivered as a service into recurring software.
We are looking for someone who has built a company before, preferably from pre-seed through an exit. You will join as CCO with the ownership and judgement of a co-founder. For the right person, the role may grow into CEO over time.
Lead major enterprise opportunities from the first meeting through agreement and expansion.
Build a qualified pipeline across several channels, with a consistent rhythm for account work.
Test our assumptions about the buyer, timing, message, and route to market, then apply what we learn.
Develop pricing, packaging, and the recurring model with colleagues in product, delivery, and finance.
Document the commercial approach and hire the first commercial colleagues when their roles are clear.
You have built a company from pre‑seed through product‑market fit and into scale. We prefer someone who has founded a company and completed an exit.
You have personally led complex enterprise agreements involving senior decision-makers, procurement, and several stakeholders.
You understand pricing, packaging, expansion, ARR, and NRR in a B2B software business.
You can turn experience into a working commercial process that another person can learn and own.
You take a company‑wide view and understand how commercial choices affect product, hiring, financing, and time.
You are comfortable with long enterprise cycles and keep an account moving when it goes quiet.
You can talk openly about decisions that did not work, what you learned, and what you changed.
Meaningful ownership through warrants. We discuss equity, vesting, salary, scope, and decision rights in the first conversation.
Responsibility for the commercial model, with influence on pricing, packaging, hiring, and company design.
Close work with the founding team across customers, product, and strategy.
A live platform, our own measurement, and established customer work to build from.
A direct hand in shaping the culture as Atlas grows. We use Atlas internally to review roles, capabilities, collaboration, and engagement.
A possible path to CEO, based on the partnership and what Atlas needs.
