Job summary

Restaurant Margo ApS in Copenhagen's Vesterbro is seeking a passionate cook to run your own station during service, from mise en place to execution and clean-up. You will work closely with our head chef and sous chef to deliver consistent Italian dishes in a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare according to Margo's recipes, maintain hygiene standards, support the team when busy, and help onboard new colleagues.

• Experience from a professional kitchen; new graduates welcome.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Interest in Italian food beyond the basics.

You'll run your own station during service — from mise en place to execution and clean-up — working closely with our head chef and sous chef.
