Job summary

Margo is an Italian restaurant on Vesterbrogade, built around a nonna-style menu - the kind of food that's simple on paper and hard to get right. We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen and take real ownership of a station.

You'll run your own station during service - prep, execution, cleanliness, pace - and work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to keep things tight and consistent night after night.

Qualifications

• Real experience running a station in a professional kitchen.
• Stays level-headed when service gets slammed.
• Interest in Italian food beyond the basics.
• Pulls weight and helps others do the same.
• Shows up on time and does the work properly.
