Job summary

Justt is seeking a Payments Integrations Analyst to ensure the accuracy and integrity of chargeback data across multiple platforms, collaborating closely with product, engineering and operations.

In this role you will research PSP data structures, map and validate data, monitor dashboards and logs, query SQL, and translate operational issues into clear technical insights to support scalable, data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a tech company or fintech startup.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to detect and resolve data irregularities.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data validation.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research payment service providers (PSPs) and understand their data structures and reporting standards.
• Map, normalize, and validate data from external systems to align with internal data.
• Monitor dashboards and logs to identify data anomalies in the chargeback lifecycle.
• Bridge between Operations and Engineering — triage issues and provide technical context.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to resolve data discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
• Query internal databases using SQL to analyze trends and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with product, operations and engineering to resolve edge cases and improve workflows.
• Communicate with PSP representatives to clarify data formats and investigate issues.
