Job summary

ALK is seeking a Business Manager & EA to the Group CFO & EVP of Global Business Operations at our headquarters in Hørsholm, Denmark. You will advise on strategy, prepare Board materials, and drive CFO-office projects in a fast-paced, international environment.

You bring 2–3 years in management consulting or corporate finance, a Master’s degree, and fluency in English and Danish, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills. The role offers hybrid work with some home-based flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in management consulting, corporate finance, or strategic planning, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Professional fluency in both spoken and written English and Danish.
• Ability to break down complex business challenges into actionable, value-creating solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills that build trust across diverse teams, alongside the discretion needed to handle sensitive information.
• Transform complex ideas, analysis and data into clear, visually compelling Power Point presentations that tell a persuasive story providing recommendations and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted adviser and sparring partner to the CFO, translating strategy into action.
• Own the Compass for the CFO area and follow through on execution.
• Initiate and drive improvement projects within GBO and across ALK.
• Prepare high-quality materials for ALK's Board of Directors, the Executive Leadership Team and various committees.
• Set the agenda and prepare materials for the CFO's quarterly Business Review Meeting with the CEO, the monthly GBO Leadership Team meeting and Quarterly GBO-wide town hall meetings.
• Deliver ad hoc presentations and communications on behalf of the CFO.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of the CFO Office with the CFO's Personal Assistant.
