ALK is seeking a Business Manager & EA to the Group CFO & EVP of Global Business Operations (GBO) in Denmark. You will partner with the CFO, shape meetings, materials and processes to drive ALK's 2028 Allergy+ strategy and lead strategic initiatives across GBO.

Business Manager & EA to Group CFO & EVP

We are looking for a skilled professional in the early years of their career to take up the position of Business Manager & EA to the Group CFO & EVP of Global Business Operations (GBO). GBO spans the functional areas of Corporate Finance & Shared Services, Business Finance, Global Procurement, Global IT, Investor Relations, and Legal & Compliance. The position combines the breadth and pace of advising while driving projects and strategic agendas with the ownership and impact of a line role.

The position

As trusted partner to the CFO, you will help execute the strategic agenda within GBO to enable and support the implementation of ALK's 2028 corporate strategy (Allergy+). You will drive projects across the organisation and shape the meetings, materials and processes through which GBO is leading.

You will be part of the GBO Leadership Team – together with the CFO and the SVPs and VPs who head the functional areas – giving you exposure to senior leaders, and you will work alongside their closest and most trusted colleagues on their most important challenges and opportunities.

The role reports directly to the Group CFO and is based at ALK's headquarters in Hørsholm, Denmark.

Your work spans to key areas:

Strategy execution and advisory (project management)

• Act as trusted adviser and sparring partner to the CFO, providing the analyses and decision support that the CFO and the CFO area need to translate strategy into action.


• Own the Compass for the CFO area (Compass is ALK's performance management framework, which translates our corporate strategy into concrete priorities and initiatives — and follow through on execution).


• Initiate and drive improvement projects within GBO and across ALK.


• Partner with the Strategic HR Business Partner to the CFO on organisational shaping and development initiatives.

Running the CFO and GBO area (business area management)

• Prepare high-quality materials for ALK's Board of Directors, the Executive Leadership Team and various committees.


• Set the agenda and prepare materials for the CFO's quarterly Business Review Meeting with the CEO, the monthly GBO Leadership Team meeting and Quarterly GBO-wide town hall meetings.


• Deliver ad hoc presentations and communication activities on behalf of the CFO.


• Orchestrate the day-to-day activities of the CFO office in close collaboration with the CFO's Personal Assistant.

About you

To succeed in the role, you have worked with senior stakeholders in an international, fast-paced environment — whether in management consulting or in finance, strategy or similar in-house role — and you are looking for a position where you can see, and shape, how an entire EVP is running.

You bring:

• 2–3 years in management consulting, corporate finance, or strategic planning, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.


• Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.


• Professional fluency in both spoken and written English and Danish, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to senior leaders.


• Ability to break down complex business challenges into actionable, value-creating solutions.


• Strong interpersonal skills that build trust across diverse teams, alongside the discretion needed to handle sensitive information.


• Transform complex ideas, analysis and data into clear, visually compelling Power Point presentations that tell a persuasive story providing recommendations and solutions.
