Job summary

ALK-Abellf3 A/S in Denmark seeks a Business Manager & EA to the Group CFO & EVP of Global Business Operations. You will partner with the CFO to execute the Allergy+ strategy, drive cross-functional projects and shape meetings, materials and processes guiding the CFO office.

Qualifications

• 23 years in management consulting, corporate finance, or strategic planning, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Mastere26s degree in business, finance, economics or a related field.
• Professional fluency in both spoken and written English and Danish, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to senior leaders.
• Ability to break down complex business challenges into actionable, value-creating solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills that build trust across diverse teams, alongside the discretion needed to handle sensitive information.
• Transform complex ideas, analysis and data into clear, visually compelling Power Point presentations that tell a persuasive story providing recommendations and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted adviser and sparring partner to the CFO, providing analyses and decision support that translate strategy into action.
• Own Compass for the CFO area and follow through on execution of priorities and initiatives.
• Initiate and drive improvement projects within GBO and across ALK.
• Partner with the Strategic HR Business Partner to the CFO on organisational shaping and development initiatives.
