Job summary

Bühler Gruppe is seeking a skilled trainer to design, coordinate, and deliver digital, classroom, and hands-on training for internal and external audiences. You will translate complex technical knowledge into practical learning solutions for optimal customer success.

Based in Denmark or Austria, you will work with experts to develop modern modules and training materials, ensuring alignment with CF Academy standards and Bühler equipment knowledge for biscuit production lines.

Qualifications

• Technical education or training, such as an apprenticeship, technical college qualification, university degree, or relevant experience in a technical environment.
• Strong ability to structure and explain complex technical topics clearly for classroom or virtual settings.
• Hands-on interest in machines, production environments, technical processes, and modern learning formats.
• Good Microsoft Office skills and experience or interest in creating e-learnings.
• Strong English and Danish skills; German is an advantage.
• Structured, independent, and precise working style with positive communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and deliver technical training courses for customers and employees worldwide, adhering to CF Academy guidelines and Bühler standards.
• Develop modern, interactive training modules for internal and external audiences including technicians, engineers, operators, and maintenance personnel.
• Tailor training content to learning objectives, balancing theory and hands-on practice for biscuit production lines.
• Create and maintain training materials such as presentations, video tutorials, and interactive modules.
• Collaborate with the CF Academy lead to review and update concepts and support related communications.

The Consumer Foods Academy equips Bühler employees and customers with the skills to operate, maintain, and optimize our biscuit machines and production lines. In this role, you will design, coordinate, and deliver digital, classroom, and hands-on training programs for internal and external audiences.

Working closely with experts and technicians, you will translate complex technical knowledge into practical learning solutions that drive professional development and operational excellence.

Please note that this role can be based in either Denmark or Austria.

• Design, coordinate, and deliver technical training courses for Bühler customers and employees worldwide, in line with CF Academy guidelines and Bühler standards.
• Develop modern, interactive training modules for internal and external target groups, including technicians, engineers, operators, and maintenance personnel.
• Tailor training content and methods to defined learning objectives, combining theoretical and practical knowledge for biscuit production lines.
• Create and maintain training materials, such as presentations, video tutorials, and interactive learning modules.
• Review and update training concepts in close collaboration with the CF Academy lead, and support related communication and promotional activities.
