Job summary

C&D Foods (Denmark) A/S invites applications for Production Training Coordinator to develop and implement training across the site. You will shape competence development, support collaboration among production teams, and drive improvements that boost consistency and output.

The role requires 2–3 years in training within manufacturing, strong Danish and English (written and spoken), and a hands-on approach to onboarding, documentation and ongoing program assessment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Training Planning & Development across the site with managers and HR.

• Coordinate and support the Train-the-Trainer structure.
• Monitor completion rates and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement of training materials, facilities and systems.

About The Position

As Production Training Coordinator, you will be part of a larger production team at C&D Foods (Denmark) A/S and be responsible for coordinating, delivering, and continuously improving training activities across the site. You'll play a key role in shaping competence development throughout the organisation, helping to strengthen collaboration, support continuous development, and drive strong results across the site. Your key areas of responsibility:

• Training Planning & Development
• Production Onboarding & Knowledge Transfer
• Training Documentation, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

Examples of tasks could include:

• Partner with managers, supervisors, and HR to identify training needs and contribute to the development of annual site training plans
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to design and deliver training programmes, both inhouse and in cooperation with external providers
• Responsible for practical onboarding, including training at machines and the delivery of structured and engaging induction programmes that ensure a strong and compliant start for new employees
• Keep the training matrix up to date and ensure documentation is always compliant and audit-ready
• Coordinate and support our TraintheTrainer structure
• Monitor completion rates and evaluate training effectiveness
• Maintain and continuously improve training materials, facilities, and systems
• Drive continuous improvement, incl. digital documentation initiatives

Candidate profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training and competence development within a manufacturing environment (experience from the food production industry is highly valued)
• Proven ability to manage the full training cycle, from needs assessment and planning to delivery, followup, and evaluation
• Proactive and collaborative, with the ability to take initiative and drive training activities in close cooperation with crossfunctional stakeholders
• Experience with administrative tasks, combined with high attention to detail
• Confident user of Microsoft Office and trainingrelated systems, with a structured and organised approach to work
• Professionallevel proficiency in Danish and English, both written and verbal, is required for this role
