Arla Foods is seeking a Student Assistant in Digital Academy to help bring our learning initiatives to life through strong communication, creative content and hands-on support. The role offers flexible hours and exposure to global learning projects within a large dairy company.

The position involves creating engaging internal content, co-facilitating training sessions, coordinating activities, and contributing ideas to improve digital learning visibility for colleagues across Arla.

Qualifications

You will become part of our Digital Academy team, working with communication, learning experiences and digital upskilling across Arla. This is a role where your creativity, structured approach and ability to get things done will make a real difference.

How you will make an impact

As a Student Assistant in Digital Academy, you will help bring our learning initiatives to life through strong communication, creative content and hands-on support. Your tasks will include

• Develop and deliver engaging visual and written communication across Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage and other internal channels to drive awareness and adoption of Digital Academy offerings.
• Co-facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops and events, ensuring professional and engaging learner experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, trainers and subject matter experts to develop, maintain and enhance learning materials and learning journeys.
• Support planning, coordination and execution of learning activities, including communication, logistics, participant management and follow-up.
• Contribute with fresh ideas for how we make digital learning more visible, accessible and engaging for colleagues across Arla.

This is a temporary student position in our Digital Academy team, where no two weeks look the same.

What will make you successful

We are looking for someone who is proactive, independent and excited to create content that people actually want to read, watch and engage with. You are probably a good match if you

• Have strong communication and design skills, with the ability to create engaging content and learning assets using Canva or similar tools.
• Are proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Comfortable facilitating or co-facilitating training sessions, workshops and events.
• Have strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong interest in digital technologies and trends, such as GenAI, data, analytics and digital transformation.
