Job summary

Bühler Gruppe is seeking a Training Designer to create engaging programs for customers and employees across the globe. You will design digital, classroom, and hands-on training for biscuit production lines, translating complex technical knowledge into practical learning solutions.

You will work with CF Academy and experts to develop modern modules, tailor content to learning objectives, and produce materials like presentations and video tutorials. International travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Technical education or apprenticeship in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong hands-on mindset with practical work on machinery and equipment.
• Ability to structure and explain complex topics clearly for classroom or virtual training.
• Interest in machines, production environments, and modern learning formats.
• Experience with creating training materials and e-learning content is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English and Danish; German is an advantage.
• Structured, independent, and precise working style with clear communication.
• Willingness to travel ~30% of the time, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and deliver technical training courses for Bühler customers and employees worldwide.
• Develop modern, interactive training modules for various audiences (technicians, engineers, operators, maintenance).
• Tailor content to learning objectives, blending theory and hands-on practice for biscuit production lines.
• Create and maintain training materials (presentations, videos, interactive modules).
• Collaborate with CF Academy lead to review concepts and support communications and promotions.
