Job summary

Bühler seeks a dedicated Training Specialist for its Consumer Foods Academy. You will design, coordinate, and deliver digital, classroom, and hands-on training for internal teams and customers across global biscuit production lines.

You will translate complex technical knowledge into practical learning solutions, develop modern modules, and create engaging materials while collaborating with the CF Academy lead to keep content current and impactful.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver technical training courses for Bühler customers and employees worldwide.
• Develop modern, interactive training modules for technicians, engineers, operators and maintenance personnel.
• Translate complex technical knowledge into practical learning solutions for CF Academy.
• Create training materials such as presentations, video tutorials, and interactive modules.
• Collaborate with CF Academy lead to review concepts and support communications.

Responsibilities
