Job summary

PeakFleet seeks a skilled carpenter to read blueprints, measure and cut timber, and install fixtures in Herning. The role requires handling heavy materials with safety as a priority and offering accommodation for the contract period.

You will work on site, interpreting plans, cutting wood, and ensuring precise assembly while maintaining high quality and attention to detail in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter.
• Knowledge of woodworking tools and techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and building plans.
• Good understanding of construction safety regulations.
• Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to determine materials needed.
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers squares or other measuring instruments.
• Cut and shape wood using hand and power tools.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows frames floorings trim or hardware.
• Inspect damaged or faulty structures to determine repairs needed.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this contract position
