Job summary

PixelWave Studios in Odense is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join the team. You will construct, erect, install and repair structures made of wood, plywood and wallboard, reading blueprints and following technical drawings to ensure precise builds.

The role requires experience in the construction industry, proficiency with woodworking tools, and adherence to building codes and safety regulations. This is a contract position with travel within Denmark and relocation support where needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter in the construction industry.
• Proficient with various woodworking tools and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings.
• Good understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

We are in need of a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Odense. As a Carpenter you will be responsible for constructing, erecting, installing and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood and wallboard. The ideal candidate should have experience working in the construction industry and possess excellent carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to blueprints or specifications
• Use hand tools power tools and woodworking machines to cut shape and smooth materials
• Install structures such as windows frames floorings trimmings and cabinetry
• Repair or replace damaged framework or other structures
• Inspect ceiling or floor tile wall coverings siding or glass for defects
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Salary

• The salary for this position is $1400 per month Payment will be made on a monthly basis

Contract Job

This is a contract job with a minimum duration of 12 months After this period is completed successfully there is potential for extension or permanent employment based on performance

Accommodation

• Accommodation will be provided by the company for the duration of the contract

Visa

• The company will assist with obtaining the necessary work visa for non-EU citizens if needed

Location

• The job is located in Odense but may require travel to different locations within Denmark for projects
