Job description

We are a construction company based in Herning Denmark and we are currently hiring for the position of Carpenter We are looking for a skilled and experienced carpenter to join our team on a part-time basis

Key Responsibilities

• Measure cut and shape wood plastic and other materials according to blueprints or specific measurements
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows frames floorings and trim using hand or power tools
• Inspect and repair damaged structures or fixtures
• Collaborate with other construction professionals such as architects and engineers to determine project requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine materials needed for each project
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper condition
• Follow all safety procedures on job sites

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a carpenter
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials if necessary
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills to ensure projects are completed within deadlines
• Biometric passport preferred

Salary

The salary for this position is $1700 per month

Location

This position is based in Herning Denmark The ideal candidate should be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate at their own expense

Working Hours

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours The candidate will work an average of 25 hours per week

Accommodation

This is not a live-in position The candidate must have their own accommodation in Herning or be willing to commute

Freshers

While previous experience as a carpenter is preferred we are open to hiring freshers who have completed vocational training in carpentry
