Job summary

Alipes Capital is hiring for an in-house equities software team focused on building high-performance financial software in C#. You will implement and optimize algorithms, build analysis infrastructure, and enhance automated monitoring, collaborating with traders and analysts to push latency and reliability to the next level.

The role sits in a growing Equities Tech Team in an informal, ownership-driven environment, offering fast feedback and real influence on technology decisions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience with C#.
• Working knowledge of (T-)SQL.
• A good understanding of algorithms and data structures and when to apply them.
• A scientific and inquisitive mind.

Responsibilities

• Implement, verify and optimize financial algorithms.
• Create infrastructure to support analysis of new algorithms and execution of the existing ones.
• Improve automated monitoring of the algorithms.
• Tackle performance problems such as GC, networking and parallelization to keep our latency tight.
