Keyrock seeks a Senior Rust Engineer with deep trading systems experience and strong AWS knowledge to join the Capital Markets division. You will own high‑impact trading infrastructure, set technical direction, and drive improvements in performance and reliability while collaborating with a global, fully remote team.

Ideal candidates bring production‑level Rust, experience in DPDK or low‑latency networking, and a passion for AI‑assisted workflows in a finance‑tech context.

Qualifications

• Production‑grade Rust experience building high‑performance, concurrent systems; Tokio knowledge is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience in systematic trading environments (HFT/Market Making) and risk understanding.
• Strong AWS and Linux expertise, including latency‑sensitive workloads and production troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise low-latency, trading systems.
• Own key trading components end‑to‑end from architecture to production.
• Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to improve performance and resilience.
• Maintain and evolve trading infrastructure with focus on performance, stability, observability.
