Job summary

JYSK is seeking a Business Solution Specialist to drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Workforce Management processes and systems across the organisation. You will gather requirements, coordinate IT and business changes, and support new country rollouts while ensuring data integrity with SAP and BI interfaces.

You will train super users, provide 3rd level support, monitor performance and help shape the future WFM platform in a truly international, Scandinavia-inspired

Qualifications

• Experience with Workforce Management in Logistics, Retail or related operations.
• Strong understanding of business processes and IT solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements, testing and implementation.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As a Business Solution Specialist, you will help ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of Workforce Management processes and systems across JYSK.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and clarifying business requirements
• Coordinating changes and improvements between business and IT stakeholders
• Supporting new country implementations and system upgrades
• Creating and coordinating test activities
• Understanding and validating data flows between WFM, HR, Finance, SAP and BI systems
• Training super users and supporting adoption of new solutions
• Providing 3rd level support for WFM-related issues
• Monitoring implemented solutions and identifying improvement opportunities
• Contributing to the evaluation of JYSK's future WFM platform

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

• Experience with Workforce Management in Logistics, Retail or related business operations
• Strong understanding of business processes and IT solutions
• Experience with requirement gathering, testing and implementation
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with both business and IT teams
• A structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel approximately 25-30 days per year

Experience from Logistics Operations is an advantage.
