Job summary

OrderYOYO is seeking a driven Business Analyst to join the FP&A team in Copenhagen. You will work directly with senior leadership to turn data into actionable insights, support scenario analysis, and help automate processes with a strong emphasis on data quality and impact.

You will collaborate with Management, Commercial teams, Tech, and Product Owners, shaping your path based on strengths and interests while delivering high-impact analyses and reporting using Power BI and Python.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial analytics, FP&A, consulting, or business analyst role.
• Ideally in a SaaS, marketplace, or subscription business.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills on a modern data platform.

We're seeking a driven Business Analyst to join our FP&A team - someone who’s eager to work directly with senior leadership and contribute to data-driven decisions from day one in a high-impact role that offers real visibility and room to grow.

In this role, you’ll gain broad exposure across the business by collaborating with Management, Commercial teams, Tech, and Product Owners. You'll play a key role in turning data into actionable insights with an analytical approach, including testing hypotheses, doing in-depth analysis and presenting findings for key stakeholders. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

• Assist with scenario analysis to help inform strategic decisions made at the leadership level.
• Assist with invoicing processes and mature existing logic towards a more automated process.
• Structure and analyse raw data, translate business needs into data requirements, and collaborate with Tech on onboarding and integration.
• Design and analyse commercial experiments (A/B tests, hypothesis-driven investigations) to test what works before scaling.
• Apply modelling techniques in Python (classification, regression, clustering, segmentation) where they sharpen the answer to a commercial question.
• Build and enhance Power BI reports using our Microsoft Fabric data platform, supporting both management and internal stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For In You:

• Experience in a commercial analytics, FP&A, consulting, or business analyst role - ideally in a SaaS, marketplace, or subscription business.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills. Comfortable building reports and analytical views on a modern data platform (Microsoft Fabric or equivalent).
• Experience with experimentation and hypothesis testing (A/B tests, causal inference and OLS).
• Working Python skills (pandas, scikit-learn). Able to build and interpret classification, regression, and clustering models for commercial questions - not building production pipelines.
• Strong commercial instinct. Comfortable presenting findings to senior stakeholders and translating numbers into recommendations.
• Structured problem-solving. Can take an open commercial question and decompose it into a testable hypothesis.
• Interest in applied AI/ML - e.g. using LLMs to accelerate analytical workflows.

Great to Have (But Not Required)

• Exposure to Power BI, SQL, DAX, Python, and/or Power Query.
• ML & AI intuition, such as K-fold cross-validation, exploiting gradients and similar.
• Familiarity with FP&A concepts: budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting cycles.
• Experience or interest in working on cross-functional projects involving Tech/Product, Operations, Sales and Marketing
