Job summary

OrderYOYO is seeking a Data Scientist to join our FP&A team and bring predictive modelling, experimentation, and applied AI into a business-driven environment.

You will collaborate with senior leadership and multiple teams to translate business questions into statistical or ML problems, build and validate models, and deliver outputs that inform strategic decisions. This role offers visibility, growth, and a chance to shape the data strategy.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of data science/analytics experience in SaaS or similar.
• Strong Python skills and ability to build classification/regression models.
• Applied NLP and LLM experience with prompting/training.
• Experience deploying models in production or for business users.
• Structured problem-solving; break open questions into testable hypotheses.

Responsibilities

• Build, validate, and explain predictive models connected to business processes.
• Apply NLP and LLMs to accelerate analytical workflows.
• Deliver model outputs via Power BI reports on Microsoft Fabric data platform.
• Design and analyze commercial experiments (A/B tests, causal inference).
• Assist with scenario analysis for leadership decisions.
