BWSC seeks a Plant Manager for the Sleaford Renewable Energy Plant in Lincolnshire, UK. You will report to the Project Director and lead staff in operations, maintenance, finance, and compliance.

The role includes budgeting, safety, and environmental governance, with travel and stakeholder coordination. You should have a strong technical engineering background, senior managerial experience in power, and proficiency with MS Office.

Competenze

• Strong technical education in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Marine).
• Significant experience in the Power Industry in a managerial role.
• Experience with MS Office and finance/reporting at management level.
• Knowledge of safety legislation and environmental permits (ISO9001/14001/45001).

Mansioni

• Develop and approve Biomass project business plans and monitor progress.
• Oversee long-term asset performance and financial viability.
• Coordinate fuel reception, plans, budgets, safety and environmental guidelines.
• Lead site management team and mobile, multi-site operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and site licensing requirements.
