Job summary

Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Copenhagen is seeking a Banquet Manager to oversee all banquet and event operations, coordinating with Culinary and F&B to deliver flawless service and memorable guest experiences.

You will lead a team, manage multiple events, coordinate menus, staffing, setup and timing, and work with external partners and corporate clients to ensure seamless execution in a fast-paced, 24-hour operation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in banquet management or a similar hospitality role.
• Experience in luxury hotels or high-end events is an asset.
• Strong understanding of event operations, service standards and timing.
• Able to coordinate multiple internal teams and external partners.
