Job summary

Ikano Bank in Glostrup is seeking a Services Agent Leasing to support the B2B team by handling leasing contracts, partner inquiries, and admin tasks. You will work closely with sales and credit to deliver professional support for existing leasing agreements.

The role requires experience with B2B customer service, leasing processes, strong numeracy, and good knowledge of MS Office. Danish language is required, and English is helpful for written and spoken communication.

Qualifications

• Experience providing B2B customer service, preferably in banking or leasing.
• Experience handling leasing agreements.
• Strong numeracy.
• Familiarity with debtor bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of DMR registration.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming emails, calls, leasing agreements, supplier invoices, and other documents related to new leasing contracts and amendments.
• Collect KYC information and identify real owners in companies per anti-money laundering law.
• Process supplier invoices, reconciling and performing minor bookkeeping tasks.
• Process in DMR system.
• Handle inquiries about settlements, payments, invoices, statements and expirations.
• Daily communication with customers, partners, suppliers and colleagues.
• Update and develop existing and new processes and workflows.
• Participate in smaller projects and ongoing system/process improvements.
