Job summary

Maersk Air Cargo in Copenhagen seeks a CAMO Maintenance Planner to coordinate line and base maintenance, translate requirements into executable plans and safeguard fleet availability and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with CAMO colleagues, MCC, Technical Records, Logistics, Part-145 organisations and external MROs to ensure maintenance is delivered on time; strong knowledge of EASA Part-CAMO/Part-145 and MSG-3 is required. Five days onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience within CAMO or aircraft maintenance planning.
• Knowledge of EASA Part-CAMO and Part-145.
• Experience with MSG-3 maintenance principles.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan line and base maintenance in accordance with approved Aircraft Maintenance Programmes and company procedures.
• Develop, prepare and coordinate maintenance work packages for scheduled maintenance inputs.
• Monitor maintenance due dates, compliance requirements and planning risks; escalate constraints as needed.
• Coordinate the implementation of Airworthiness Directives, Engineering Orders and modifications.
• Collaborate with Logistics to ensure material, tooling and modification kit readiness.
• Liaise with Part-145 organisations and MRO providers before, during and after maintenance events.
• Review maintenance documentation for completeness and accurate updates in the Aircraft Maintenance System.
• Ensure maintenance records and documentation are filed per regulatory and company requirements.
• Support improvements to maintenance planning systems and data quality initiatives.
• Provide planning support during operational disruptions and changing fleet priorities; onsite 5 days a week.
