Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Compliance Monitoring Engineer – CAMO in Copenhagen to shape and strengthen compliance monitoring across CAMO activities, collaborating with CAMO management and process owners. You will own the CAMO audit programme, monitor EU regulatory changes (1321/2014, Part-M, Part-CAMO) and translate them into practical monitoring actions to ensure safety and airworthiness.

The role offers opportunities to expand into Part-IS and Ground Operations and to contribute to wider compliance

Qualifications

• Experience with CAMO regulatory framework and airworthiness.
• Ability to interpret EU Regulation 1321/2014 (Part-M/Part-CAMO) into audits.
• Analytical, structured, and able to communicate findings clearly.
• Proactive and collaborative with interest in broader regulatory areas such as Part-IS and Ground Operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and document CAMO audits and inspections.
• Own and maintain the CAMO audit programme.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate changes into monitoring activities.
• Identify and report findings and oversee corrective actions.
• Review CAMO manuals, procedures, contracts and docs for compliance.
• Support audits and investigations across compliance and Safety Management.
• Contribute to development of wider Compliance Monitoring function.
