Job summary

JoinJet seeks a CAMO Manager to oversee continuing airworthiness for the fleet, with leadership responsibility for the CAMO department. You will manage maintenance planning, budget and documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and CAME.

The role requires strong aviation industry experience, a technical mindset and proven leadership. You will collaborate across departments, engage with authorities, and drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in airworthiness management with leadership experience.
• Solid knowledge of airworthiness, maintenance and quality systems.
• Experience with budgeting and long-term maintenance planning.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CAMO functions and maintain technical documentation.
• Lead CAMO team and liaise with authorities.
• Plan long-term maintenance and optimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and CAME.
• Drive LEAN initiatives and process improvements.
• Travel as required.
