Qualifications

• M.Sc. in biochemistry, biophysics, biotechnology, chemistry, molecular biology or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of working experience; recent graduates welcome.
• Practical lab experience from Master’s thesis, projects or employment with proteins/biochemical assays.
• Understanding of experimental controls, data quality, reproducibility, and ability to discuss results.
• Structured approach to planning/documenting experiments with safety and scientific integrity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, perform and evaluate experiments using SPR, fluorescence-based assays and other relevant techniques.
• Contribute to experimental planning and troubleshooting within study plans.
• Analyze and interpret results and discuss implications for molecular design and candidate selection.
• Take ownership of experiments and gain independence as proficiency grows.
• Share knowledge with scientists and lab technicians to improve team methods.
