Are you passionate about analytical science and eager to improve how analytical work is performed across drug discovery? Join Analysis & Separation in Therapeutics Discovery, R&D at Novo Nordisk and drive the development of standardised chromatographic workflows to support early research projects across a variety of therapeutic modalities and drug formulations.
In this role, you will contribute to strengthening the analytical capacity by developing scalable workflows that improve efficiency, data quality and knowledge sharing across early research projects. You will establish systematic approaches for instrument setup for analytical method screening and sample analysis, enabling data‑driven and machine learning strategies.

Analysis & Separation is part of Therapeutics Discovery within R&D at Novo Nordisk. The department focuses on developing analytical methods and workflows that enable characterisation of injectable and oral formulations of proteins, peptides and emerging therapeutic modalities in early drug discovery.
The team consists of 11 scientists and technicians working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The analytical platform includes advanced liquid chromatography techniques (RP, SEC, IEX, HILIC) and detection technologies such as UV, MALS, ELS, FLR and MS, where digital solutions support efficient data management using Empower as main platform for automatic data capture.
To succeed in this role, you combine analytical expertise with a structured mindset and a genuine interest in improving analytical workflows and promoting digitalised laboratory solutions.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200.00 to 838,100.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
