Qualifikationen

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Danish and English.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.

• Driving sales and profitability in synergy with your Store Manager.
• Motivating, mentoring, and coaching sales associates.
• Assist Store Manager in implementing retail processes and improvements.
• Oversee inventory and P&L procedures.
• Report KPIs and help improve store results.
• Ensure store visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.
