Job summary

Prestige Greeters seeks an Architecture Manager in Aalborg to oversee all phases of architectural projects. You will lead a diverse team of architects, engineers and professionals, guiding design from planning through construction while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to codes.

The role requires a degree in architecture and at least five years of project leadership, with strong skills in AutoCAD and SketchUp and a focus on sustainable, functional, and aesthetically compelling outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture or a similar role.
Proven experience in managing architectural projects from conception to completion.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and sustainability practices.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar design software.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of architects and other professionals.
Develop project plans and budgets and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and progress.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers and other professionals to ensure timely completion of projects.
Review architectural drawings for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Oversee the selection of materials, finishes and furnishings for projects.
Ensure that all designs are sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing.
