Job summary

Pixel Innovations in Aalborg seeks an Architecture Manager to oversee architectural design and construction projects. You will lead a team of architects, develop plans, and ensure timely delivery within budget while aligning with client specifications.

The role requires an architecture degree and proven management experience, with strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software. Visa sponsorship and travel may be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience in architecture, preferably in a management role.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations and construction processes.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and interpret technical information.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of architects to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Develop project plans and timelines and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and provide regular updates.
• Review architectural designs to ensure client requirements and codes compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors and other professionals in construction.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with plans.
• Manage project budgets and adjust as needed.
• Identify risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
