Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in architecture or construction management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex architectural projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes and construction processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, architects, etc.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and construction of architectural projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Work closely with architects and contractors to develop detailed project plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise.
• Review project designs for functionality aesthetics safety and compliance with building codes.
• Manage a team of designers drafters and other professionals involved in the project.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers for materials and services.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs schedules progress reports etc.
• Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices.
