Job summary

KnowlegeBridge in Esbjerg seeks an experienced Architecture Manager to lead projects from conception to completion, overseeing a team of architects, designers and engineers.

You will manage planning, design, construction and budgeting, ensuring deadlines and budget targets are met, while collaborating with clients to deliver tailored architectural solutions and maintaining high quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, materials and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of architects, designers and engineers
• Oversee all phases of project development including planning, design, construction and budgeting
• Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budget constraints
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are meeting design specifications
