Job summary

BrightMark GmbH in Esbjerg invites applications for a Senior Architect to oversee design and construction of diverse architectural projects in Esbjerg. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed architect.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Fluency in English; Danish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements.
Manage all phases of the project from initial design to final construction.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are progressing according to plans.
Oversee a team of architects and designers providing guidance and support as needed.
Review project proposals, contracts and other documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology.
Prepare presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders.
