Architecture Manager - Aalborg, Denmark

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of architectural projects, from concept and design to construction and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire architectural process, including developing project plans, creating designs, and overseeing construction
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements and develop creative solutions
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Lead a team of architects and designers to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and other documents
• Conduct site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continually improve processes and deliver innovative designs
• Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
• At least 5 years of experience in architecture or a related field
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas to clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
• Understanding of building codes, regulations, sustainability principles, and safety standards
