MapleGroves in Horsens, Denmark is seeking an Architecture Manager to lead an architecture team in designing and delivering projects to high standards. You will guide architects, review plans, and ensure client needs are met while maintaining schedules and budgets.

The role requires a strong background in architecture, leadership, and knowledge of Danish regulations. A visa sponsorship and health benefits are offered in a full-time package.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience as Architecture Manager or similar in construction.
• Excellent leadership and ability to manage a team.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant software.
• Excellent communication with clients, contractors, and diverse teams.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Danish/Scandinavian projects and knowledge of sustainable design (preferred).

Architecture Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As the Architecture Manager, you will oversee and guide a team of architects in the design and construction of various projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within budget and timeline while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role in the construction industry
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant software
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members from diverse backgrounds
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Denmark or other Scandinavian countries
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles
• Familiarity with BIM software
• Fluency in Danish or another Scandinavian language
